I look for shrubs that are not just dusty tolerant but that stay small-scale without much drive while providing a “ wow ” factor . Thankfully , there are family out there constantly solve on new introductions to keep us wanting more . Here are a few of the newfangled succinct shrubs for 2020 to look at summate to your Northern Plains landscape painting .
