Have you ever been on a home garden tour ? I savour taking in as many garden term of enlistment as time permits in the summer . My favorite garden hitch are those where other modal home gardeners like me open their gardens to visitant . I always occur out with my head practically bursting with ideas to implement in my garden .

Although , I ca n’t invite all of you to fall visit my gardens , I ’d wish to pass on a taste of what it would be like to see my garden in person . My hope , by share my garden tours , is that you will take away a few idea , or see a new plant you ’d care to tot up to your flower gardens .
This Charles William Post arrest affiliate links . If you sink in onone of the links and make a purchase , I may receive a small commission at no additional price to you . Seefull disclosure here .
I much prefer pictures of group of plant or integral heyday beds , as opposed to individual plants . But , at this degree of the biz , there are n’t as many blossom blossom groupings and sure as shooting not very colorful full flower garden yet . before long , though , soon !

As you ’re scrolling ( or stroll ) by , please take a minute to pin some of the video to your favorite Flower Gardening board on Pinterest . There are more pins for share at the bottom of the page .
Without further fuss , let ’s take a virtual stroll . Up first is this adorable Sweet William ( Dianthus Barbatus ) . I ’ve grown Sweet William repeated plants before , but never one this tall . I ’m passably indisputable this is a biennial variety show , because it did n’t salad days last year .
Here ’s a close - up . And , yes , William you are so perfumed ! You smell good , too .

In the same garden is this beautiful , Cherry Bell Campanula . I have a love / hate human relationship with this plant . It ’s so gorgeous , but it is a very vigorous spreader . I had Wedding Bell Campanula ( with a white bell ) in another country of this blossom garden and it went so crazy that I decide to work on getting free of it . I ’m going to work really hard on keeping this one in stop .
This is part of the same tiered flower bottom with Denia Pixie Asiatic Lilies , along with Blue Clips Campanula and Yellow Loosestrife ( Lysiamachia Alexander ) in the background .
Let ’s head around to the front yard . On our way , in a small garden by our deck is my raw cobalt blue birdbath and this jolly little Dwarf Golden Marguerite Daisy . This is the first year I ’ve had this perennial marguerite daisy and so far I lie with it . It ’s been blooming for about 4 weeks now and does n’t show any signs of slow up down . The color combination of the Co blue and the bright yellow is very eye pick up .

Around the corner , is this gorgeous variegated Yellow Loosestrife ( Lysiamachia Alexander ) . The sunny yellowness is such a standout !
I argue leaving the next few characterization out , but I desire to keep it real and let my readers see that everything in my gardens is far from perfect . The treillage the Sapphire Indigo Clematis is rise on needs to be anchored so it does n’t lean . I also did n’t get the Delphiniums staked and they are suffering from our windy weather .
Here ’s a close up of the Delphiniums on the other side . Confession meter , these did n’t get staked in time either .

Now around to the front yard , here are some interesting Corsage Lilies . I ’m not trusted I like these lilies here , so they will probably bump a new home next yr . I think they would see well with something behind them as a backcloth , like our rustic cedar tree fence .
I love this big windowpane boxwood that Hubs impart to the front of our planetary house , along with the farmhouse shutters . This is my favorite combination of flowers ( red-faced geraniums , white trailing verbena and variegated ivy ) in the windowpane box and I trust it will be repeated , unless I find something I like well .
And , another angle of the window box . I will definitely overwinter these ruby geraniums and take cuttings from the ivy , as well .

Here ’s a pretty combination of Salvia and Arizona Sun Blanket Flower ( Gaillardia ) . mantle flower just tend to pop up wherever it want to and never seems to seem in the same stead it was planted .
Gas Plant is a new to me repeated . I had never seen it before I move to my current home and there were three of these mystery plants . Over the wintertime , I was lamentable to lose the two white ones , but I do have this lovely pinkish Gas Plant and I have a few others embark on in other areas .
PIN ITIf you do n’t have Gas Plant in your garden , I would highly urge adding one ( or two ) . They are an early flower repeated ( Zones 3 – 8) . When the blooms are finished , the seed pods are principal shaped and add an involvement to the garden . The foliage is lovely as well .

PIN ITI had to walk around to our neighbour ’s yard to crack a photograph of this Clematis , as it hangs over the fencing . I would screw to move it to a spot in our yard where it ’s more seeable , but if you look closely you ’ll see trumpet vine and Virginia creeper mixed in and I do n’t need either of those in my other gardens .
As we wrap up our go today , I would like to share these lovely , little Asiatic Lilies . They reside in my front corner garden bottom . This weekon Facebook , I divvy up before and after videos of a much needed spruce up for this garden . Be sure to control the videos out when you have a few minutes .
